SharingCloud has been deploying its Instant Booking flex-office solution at the new head office in Singapore since 2017. The success and adoption rate of the new tools was so fast that Sivantos decided to expand the Instant Booking solution to 4 other locations located in Erlangen (Germany), Bian (Philipines) and Palm Beach (USA).

The building was designed to support research and development, production and administration. The design tends to enhance collaboration, cooperation and knowledge sharing among employees, giving employees a place that inspires them, a place they can be proud of.
Instant Suite® by SharingCloud’s ability to automatically manage the cancellation of no-show meetings allowed Sivantos to save the equivalent of 125 days of meeting room use. That’s 1,000 additional hours of meetings available to employees!
